Personal Data Processing Authorization

I declare that the data that has been provided and/or will be provided to Quifatex., for processing, is real, accurate, up-to-date, and is the exclusive property of me and/or my representative and/or custodian, and therefore I am authorized to provide it and accept the Quifatex Information Processing Policy on their behalf. I acknowledge and accept that, pursuant to applicable regulations and in order to provide an adequate service or complete the sale of goods/services, it is necessary for Quifatex., to process certain personal data provided by the Owner. Therefore, the Owner understands that failure to provide or inaccurate delivery of the required data could affect the provision of the services or the sale of goods requested.
