Comunicándonos 21 set the strategic course for 2026

The 21st edition of Comunicándonos, the main internal communication meeting of Quifatex and Vanttive, brought together more than 490 employees in a hybrid format from the Casa de la Música in Quito, with connections to the teams in Guayaquil and Cuenca.

During the meeting, the results for 2025 and the vision for 2026 were shared, with the participation of the Sales, Commercial, Vanttive, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources departments, as well as the presentation of the 2026 strategic plan by our CEO, Jacqueline Mayor, who outlined the key initiatives that will guide the organization's growth.

One of the highlights was the presentation of the Quifatex Awards, which recognized more than 35 employees and teams for their performance, commitment, and contribution during 2025.

Comunicándonos is the first major meeting of the year that allows us to align the organization with the strategy, strengthen the connection between teams, and reaffirm our purpose.
