Quifatex drives the future of the Ecuadorian community
Nov 25, 2024
On November 18, 2024, Quifatex proudly celebrated the closing of its ÉLITE External Business School, a non-profit training program aimed at people outside the organization. This project, carried out with the support of the Business School of the Quito Chamber of Commerce (CCQ, in its spanish acronym), reaffirms Quifatex's commitment to sustainability and the development of Ecuadorian talent, contributing to the strengthening of competitiveness in the labor market.
Since its inception on October 22, 2024, the school trained its participants with a total of 36 hours distributed in 4 weeks, through 8 classroom and 2 virtual modules, which covered key topics such as the profile of today's commercial advisor, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) in sales and the ELITE Commercial Model.
What makes this program unique is the active participation of Quifatex's internal instructors, who, with their vast experience, shared their knowledge with the participants. The company's sales experts led the sessions, contributing their valuable experiences and practical tools for sales success.
As part of the graduation process, participants had the opportunity to put their skills into practice through a commercial simulation, which allowed them to demonstrate what they had learned during the program. Finally, everyone received their certificate endorsed by Quifatex and the Quito Chamber of Commerce (CCQ), validating their preparation and competence.
Quifatex is proud to have contributed to the professional growth of each of these participants and reaffirms its commitment to the country's development. Through initiatives such as the ÉLITE External Business School, the company continues to demonstrate its leadership in the training of talent and its contribution to the well-being and progress of the Ecuadorian community.
