Job4U: From the classroom to action

At Quifatex, we believe that talent is not only hired, but also trained! That's why we created Job4U - From the classroom to action, our university outreach program that connects students with real-world experiences in the business world.

Through Job4U, we extend our purpose of “Improving lives by contributing to the health and well-being of Ecuadorian families” to the educational sphere, promoting the professional development of young people who are preparing to lead the country's future.

A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Job4U is structured around four lines of action that accompany students through different stages of their education:

1 Employability

Practical workshops aimed at students in their final years, focusing on:

• Strategic CV building.
• Personal branding.
• Preparation for job interviews.
• Tools for successful professional integration.

  These spaces provide concrete tools for young people to take their first steps with confidence and clarity.

2 Get to know Quifatex

Guided tours of our facilities, where students experience firsthand:

• Logistics and operational processes.
• Technology applied to the distribution chain.
• Sales processes in the market.
• Organizational culture and business purpose.

  It is the bridge between theory and practice.

3 Classes with Quifatex

Academic talks with real business cases, where we share lessons learned, challenges, and experiences from the pharmaceutical and logistics sector, providing inspiration and professional guidance.

4 Summit Job4U

An annual meeting designed to connect students with business, market, and innovation trends, strengthening their strategic vision and preparation for the world of work.

IMPACT 2025: MORE THAN 200 STUDENTS CONNECTED TO THE QUIFATEX EXPERIENCE

During 2025, Job4U consolidated its presence in strategic universities across the country, including:

• International University of Ecuador (UIDE.)
• San Francisco University of Quito (USFQ.)
• Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (PUCE.)  

Through the Conoce Quifatex program, we welcomed students from majors such as:

Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, International Business, Marketing, Accounting and Auditing, Economics, Biotechnology, Computer Science, and Mechanical Engineering.

More than 200 students participated in technical visits and workshops, where they explored:

• The management of our logistics processes.
• The application of technology in distribution.
• The efficiency of our value chain.
• The impact of geolocation on the Route to Market.
• Our organizational culture focused on improving lives.

  In the area of employability, we developed workshops with more than 70 students, strengthening key skills for their entry into the labor market and reaffirming our commitment to the development of young Ecuadorian talent.

Job4U is not a one-off event. It is a platform connecting universities and companies that seeks to generate real experiences that prepare students to successfully navigate their professional transition.

ACTIONS 2026: STRENGTHENING OUR COMMITMENT TO ACADEMIA

2026 will mark a new stage for Job4U. The program will continue to expand its reach, strengthening university partnerships and generating more experiential learning spaces.

A significant increase in the number of visits and activities is projected, consolidating Job4U as one of the main academic-business linkage initiatives in the sector.

Our goal is clear: to continue connecting more students with real-world experiences, accompanying them from the classroom to their professional integration.
