Promoting safe spaces and well-being for women is the way forward

We are proud to share two important recognitions that reflect our commitment to equality, diversity, and the creation of respectful and safe work environments:

• Safe Company Seal: We have received accreditation from the Ministry of Government as a company free of violence and discrimination against women. This year, only 46 companies achieved this recognition among 120 participants, reaffirming our efforts to ensure safe and inclusive spaces.

• Fifth place in the ranking of Best Companies to Work for Women: We ranked fifth in the category of organizations with more than 500 employees. This achievement highlights our performance in job satisfaction and in promoting a culture based on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
