Voices that connect: The new podcast from Quifatex
Feb 12, 2026
Voices that Connect is Quifatex's new space for clear and useful dialogue about what unites us: culture, purpose, and best practices that allow us to improve lives every day. This series articulates our brand approach, connecting real stories, experiences, and lessons learned to inspire action inside and outside the organization.
The first episode, entitled “Crecer no es casualidad: hábitos personales que aceleran tu desarrollo profesional”, addresses a topic that challenges us all (energy, time management, continuous learning, and discipline). It will be published on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, and will be available in video podcast and audio formats on our official YouTube and Spotify platforms.
Hosted by Daniel Mariño (Head of Human Resources), the 40-minute episode brings together three voices: Ricardo Ortega (Commercial Area), Valeria Redín (Sales Area), and Cristina Bautista (Operations Area). Throughout the conversation, they share how to turn habits into sustainable results, key lessons, and actionable tips with examples that can be put into practice every day.
Three ideas you will take away from this episode:
-
Growth is a process, not a stroke of luck. Professional development does not depend on chance; it is built on small, repeated decisions that are consistent with a clear purpose. When these microhabits are sustained over time, progress ceases to be a desire and becomes a trajectory.
-
Well-being first for better performance. Sleeping well, eating better, and taking breaks directly impacts the quality of our decisions. It's not about “doing more,” but about managing our energy better to respond judiciously, even under pressure.
-
Priority, discipline, and focus. We all have the same 24 hours; the difference lies in what we prioritize and what we postpone. That's why getting out of reactive mode, prioritizing what's important over what's urgent, and relying on consistency when motivation is low is what turns effort into impact.
Unmissable moments:
Minute 06:53 - Recharge your batteries to make better decisions. Valeria (Sales) emphasizes that disconnecting is not avoiding, it is recharging: incorporating sports or activities with friends helps you return the next day with more clarity and enthusiasm. “You have to try to do other activities... you arrive with more energy the next day.”
Minute 18:10 - Time as a competitive advantage. Cristina (Operations) reminds us that productivity is effectiveness, not saturation. “We all have the same 24 hours”; the key is to manage them for what is really important and to lead from organization, not from urgency.
Minute 39:44 - Ending the day with balance. Ricardo (Sales) shares a simple and powerful gesture: when you get home, leave the burden of work outside and take only the good with you. This ritual protects your personal well-being and keeps your motivation high for the next day.
Voices that connect, inspire: Here are three specific reflections to share with your work team, friends, family, and/or colleagues:
Daniel Mariño (Human Resources): “Is recognizing limits a sign of professional maturity?” This reflection encourages honest conversations about self-care and stress management as key performance skills.
Cristina (Operations): “Leading also means delegating.” A practical reminder: trusting, organizing, and assigning tasks multiplies the team's capacity and frees up time for strategy.
Ricardo (Sales): “We are fortunate to work in an industry that improves lives.” Purpose at the center: connecting day-to-day work with real impact on people.
