In May, we welcomed students from the University of San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) and the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (PUCE) to our corporate offices and our Distribution Center in Quito as part of the Job4U visits. The participants were majoring in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Finance, Chemistry, and International Business, and they had the opportunity to gain an up-close look at how our organization operates and the impact of our work in the country.
Each visit began with an institutional orientation during which we shared our history, our various business lines, our position in the Ecuadorian market, and the purpose that guides our actions: improving lives through the health and well-being of Ecuadorian families.
Afterward, the students toured our facilities and the Distribution Center. During these sessions, employees from various departments explained their roles, responsibilities, and processes, which helped the attendees understand how each activity contributes to the organization’s operations. Behind every great company are processes, guidelines, and teams that, together, make it possible for us to achieve our goals and provide services to thousands of Ecuadorians.
The Job4U visits are part of our employer branding strategy. Through this initiative, we strengthen our relationship with future generations of professionals, increase the visibility of our value proposition, and help more people learn about the work we do to make a positive impact on the country.
The visits that took place in May held special significance as they coincided with the celebration of our 48th anniversary. As part of this milestone, the students joined in our celebration and shared this special moment with our employees.
Through initiatives like Job4U, we reaffirm our commitment to developing young talent and open our doors so that more students can discover how we work every day to fulfill our mission of improving lives through the health and well-being of Ecuadorian families.
