Job4U: The program strengthens Quifatex's ties with the academy

During the first half of 2026, Job4U strengthened Quifatex's ties with the university community through various outreach activities, which allowed students to gain firsthand insight into our organization, its processes, and professional development opportunities.

As part of this initiative, we organized visits to the Distribution Center, classes taught by Quifatex experts, and employability workshops—all designed to introduce young people to the business world and share knowledge and experiences from different areas of the organization.

These activities reached 900 students, who had the opportunity to expand their knowledge and gain insight into the realities of the working world alongside Quifatex professionals.

The results achieved during this period reflect Job4U's contribution to building relationships with universities and bringing the company closer to new generations of professionals. Through these initiatives, Quifatex contributes to the development of young talent and strengthens its relationship with academia, creating experiences that bridge the gap between university knowledge and the realities of the business world.
